Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement and monitor site activities;

• Set performance goals and deadlines, monitor and report on project progress and plan construction processes;

• Enforce safety and environmental regulations and take appropriate precautionary and rectification measures;

• Co-ordinate and monitor the work tasks as specified in the Project Quality Plan;

• Support Project Manager in overall site management decisions, quality controls and safety issues.

• Assist the Supervisor with respect to the overall control of all site activities within their respective section of a project including but not limited to the progress of works, the assurance of the execution of works in accordance with the proper procedures and methods, sub-contractor management, inspection and testing, quality control, safety and environmental issues;

• Coordinate daily site activities and monitor work progress across assigned project sections.

• Implement and maintain proper construction procedures and methodologies.

• Conduct regular site inspections and testing procedures.

• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs.

Requirements

• Higher Certificate or above in Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent; or

• A minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience, within which 5 years in supervisory role

• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor is a must;

• Holder of Certificate in TCP T1 is a must;

• Independent, mature and good problem solving skill;

• Hard working and self-motivated

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Good command in English & Chinese, preferred in Mandarin;

• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word & Excel) is preferred

• Less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant General Foreman
