Project Coordinator (Ref. no. 38PC2606125)

Responsibilities:

  • Check material samples and technical information check.
  • Coordinate with BS Coordinators and Site Engineers on submission of ABWF subcontractor's shop drawings, structural calculation and interfacing details.
  • Responsible for ABWF mini programming, coordination of subcontractors' programme to meet Master Programme.
  • Manage site progress and carry out a site inspection and testing of all ABWF works and material quality checking. 
  • Coordinate with the internal project team / site supervisory team from client in daily supervision of site works.
  • Prepare works record, technical submission (e.g. method statements of ABWF and site queries related to ABWF design's constructability issues, etc.) and application documents for permits.
  • Coordinate with site supervisory staff including client and internal to monitor and check all ABWF work to ensure all works comply with drawings and specification.
  • Assist Site Agent on document preparation including government submission / permit application, PASS and external/ internal audits, etc. as required in Contract.

 

Requirements

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Building/ Construction/ Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 years' relevant experience in construction industry; or
  • Minimum 2 years site experience preferably from main contractors.
  • Computer skill in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Programme, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat. Basic detail drawing design capability and shop drawing review capability.
  • Familiar with BD and Hong Kong local construction technical knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge in architecture, structure, E&M, etc.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;.
  • Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Coordinator
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.
