Housing Authority Project

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and negotiate contract documentation, variations, and final accounts.

• Prepare cost and variations estimates, interim Payment applications and Payment certification for Subcontracts, materials and plants.

• Carry out measurement for the purpose of subletting, material ordering, vartation estimates and final accounts.

• Prepare contra-charge account against subcontractors.

• Assist in the collection and preparation of information and records for contractual claims and insurance claims.

• Assist in the preparation and settlement of Final Accounts for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts.

• Prepare and negotiate contract documentation, variations, and final accounts.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline

• 5 years’ relevant working experience in building construction

• Excellent understanding of construction contracts, claims management, and commercial processes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• May need to work on construction site

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
