Technical Assistant (Architectural)

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to Project Manager (PM) to prepare and check drawings, survey plans and schedules, assists in research of architectural / building materials, take on-site measurement, construct study models, and perform other duties as directed by PM

  2. Successful candidate(s) will be seconded to work and carry out duties under the direct supervision of the Architectural Services Department

Requirements:

  1. High Diploma in Architectural Studies and have three (3) years relevant experience; or Possessing seven (7) years drafting experience in an architectural firm;

  2. Adequate Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Revit; PhotoShop, Coreldraw and Google SketchUp knowledge and passing the selection interview conducted by the Project Manager or its delegate.

Period of Employment: Until End of July 2026
