We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is critical in driving brand awareness, building commercial momentum, and establishing our presence in the Hong Kong market. You will support both business development and marketing activities, ensuring a seamless guest experience and strong revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Support

• Drive sales activities across corporate accounts, and event planners to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage incoming sales enquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate client site inspections.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on corporate clients.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy.

Marketing Support

• Manage and refresh content on the Hilton brand website and third-party channels to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, including brochures, promotional materials, and sales kits.
• Assist with PR activities, media visits, and content creation (photography, videos).

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with the Front Office, F&B, and Revenue teams to align commercial strategies with hotel operations.
• Support the planning and execution of hotel events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Maintain accurate records in sales systems and provide timely sales reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales and/or marketing

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong hospitality market and corporate travel landscape.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
