Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless, high-availability guest experiences by maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing all hotel hospitality systems
• Design, implement, and regularly test Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery strategies for key hotel systems.
• Act as the primary escalation point for critical technical incidents. Lead rapid response efforts, coordinate with vendors.
• Provide troubleshooting for system issues and proactively manage coordination with internal and external vendors to achieve timely and effective resolutions.
• Develop, maintain, and periodically review IT asset inventory, operational procedures, and system configuration.
• Conduct regular audits on IT support processes and asset management.
• Collaborate closely with the Infrastructure team on system testing, configuration, migration, and related projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience in a hotel chain or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with hotel-specific systems, including:
• Property Management Systems (PMS)
• WiFi and IPTV Systems
• Call Accounting Systems
• PABX Systems
• Keylock Systems
• Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems
• Solid operational experience in networking, particularly in segmented network environments.
• Experience in IT project implementation and maintenance support, with knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory (AD) is preferred.
• MCSE or CCNA certification is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and possessing excellent time management skills.
