Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing the College’s admission process overseeing all admission events, and working closely with all relevant stakeholders to meet the College’s admissions objectives, both qualitative and quantitative.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Marketing in implementing the admission plans that align with the College’s marketing and communications strategy.
Supervise the admissions team to meet pre-determined admission targets and ensure the smooth execution of admissions and selection processes.
Manage the end-to-end interview process including the provision of 1-on-1 student admission consultancy, hands-on guidance for students on completing application procedures, arrangement of interviews and documentation checking, and post-interview advice/ follow up.
Organize admission events and school onsite admission events, manage exhibition booth at expo and school, in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas.
Review admission performance and provide admission reports regularly.
Maintain close relationships with secondary schools and institutions locally and internationally.
Drive direct marketing activities for school career masters and teachers, prospective parents and students.
Monitor all admission inquiry channels including phone, Whatsapp, WeChat, Facebook/ IG and provide first-hand feedback, appropriately relay issues to relevant internal parties as needed.
Collaborate closely with Registry and Faculty staff in the development of policy, systems, processes, and best practice that supports continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Requirement:
A Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
At least 5 years of experience in the tertiary education sector or with the sales and customer servicing sector. Previous working experience in the education sector is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Able to handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.
Able to adopt a positive attitude to the team’s objectives and maintain collaborative work relationships with team members.
Willing to work on Saturdays, public holidays and non-office hours.
Willing to work offsite and travel.
Salary and Fringe Benefits:
Initial appointment will normally be made on a renewable 24-month contract. Remuneration is competitive and will be based on qualifications and relevant experience. The College offers group medical insurance and dental, staff development support and annual leave to eligible appointee(s).
