Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and management of digitalization projects within the HR division.
• Support workflow automation initiatives to streamline HR processes.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the efficiency of routine HR tasks.
• Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for process improvement.
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging HR technologies and best practices.
• Provide other ad hoc support to the HR team as needed.
• This is a temporary position for four months. Full-time or Part-time mode will be considered.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Some experience in project management, digital transformation, or a related area.
• Strong interest in technology and AI.
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Knowledge and interest in HR is an advantage but not essential.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. 
• Final year student will be considered as intern.
