Marketing & Social Media Executive

Eve’s Wish is a Hong Kong–based women’s lingerie e-commerce brand focused on comfort, fit, and modern design.
We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing & Social Media Executive to support our content production, social media operations, and day-to-day marketing activities. Click here to view more: www.eveswish.com 


1. Social Media & Content Creation

  • Create short videos and visual content for social platforms (IG, Facebook)

  • Plan weekly content calendars and maintain a consistent brand style.

  • Monitor platform performance and provide simple insights for improvement.

2. EDM & Website Content Support

  • Create EDM layouts, visuals, and assist with clear and engaging copywriting.

  • Execute EDM sends with proper segmentation and strategic timing.

  • Update website content including product pages, blogs.

  • Support basic SEO optimization to enhance visibility.

3. Photoshoot Coordination (Third-Party)

  • Work with third-party production houses on photoshoot planning and required content.

  • Coordinate schedules, communication, and deliverables.

  • Follow up with third-party production on retouching progress.

  • Ensure all final assets align with brand direction and quality.

4. KOL / Influencer Collaboration Support

  • Assist in sourcing, communicating, and coordinating with suitable influencers/KOLs.

  • Handle product send-outs, briefs, and timelines.

  • Collect final content and support simple performance evaluation.

5. General Marketing & Project Support

  • Assist in monthly and seasonal promotional campaigns.

  • Support live-stream partners and external marketing projects when needed.

  • Assist with simple data organisation and analysis (e.g., social metrics, website traffic, product trends, KOL results).

Job Requirements

Skills

  • Solid video shooting and editing ability.

  • Solid design skills (Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva).

  • Understanding of social media trends and digital content style.

  • Basic knowledge of website content management and SEO.

Personality

  • Creative, proactive, and organised.

  • Team spirit and good communication skills.

  • Able to manage tasks independently and responsibly.

Experience

  • 2-5 years in social media, content creation, or marketing.

  • Portfolio with video or design work is highly preferred.

  • Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or beauty is a plus.
