About the job:

• Perform daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and other routine accounting functions.

• Perform budgeting, accounting schedules, and financial statements.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Assist in statutory audit matters to ensure timely completion and compliance with reporting deadlines.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested.

About the people:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in sizable company

• Student member or member of a Recognized Professional Institute of Accountants (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA(Aust) etc.) 

• Self-motivated and willing to learn couple with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese Word Processing.

• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

• Immediate available is preferred
