About the job:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and month-end closing.

• Responsible for preparing monthly financial statements, regular forecasts, annual budgets, and other management reports as requested, including financial analysis, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance matters.

• Coordinate annual statutory audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders.

• Coordinate internal financial KPIs and reporting consolidation to ensure accurate financial results are delivered to the company.

• Review, improve, and execute internal control procedures and workflow design to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Proactively identify cost optimisation opportunities and work with management teams to implement coordinated programmes that drive sustainable cost improvements with a clear impact on the bottom line.

• Handle and participate in ad-hoc assignments as required.

  
  

About the people:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines with related professional accounting qualifications such as HKICPA, ACCA, CFA, etc

• At least 10 years relevant experiences

• Experienced in a Senior Finance Manager role in any listed firm or FMCG firm is a plus

• Have proven leadership managing a team

• Strong business sense, demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and across functional groups

• Detail-minded, strong organizational skills, hardworking, self-motivated

• Able to work independently under pressure and stress timeline

• Proficiency in use of computer systems including MS office

• A self-starter and problem solver

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills

• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
