Responsibilities:

1. Assist the project manager to complete the implementation and delivery ERP information projects, including business requirement research, blueprint scheme design, system configuration, system testing, system go-live guidance, problem-solving etc.

2. Prepare training materials and user manuals, provide training to users in functions and operation of the product, provide guidance to users when the system go-live.

3. During the implementation process, correctly guide user throughout the project, feedback suggestion and opinion from users on time, and follow up the related issues. 

4. Guide and assist user to complete the consolidation of basic data and business data which is required by the system.

5. Other ad-hoc duties deliver from team manager.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in any discipline; Major in financial accounting, supply chain, logistics, transportation, management, economics, computer, big data, etc. is highly recommended. 

2. At least 3 years of working experience; less experience but with potential in IT Industry will also consider as Consultant - ERP.

3. Proactive, good sense of responsibility, cooperative and service oriented.

4. Fast-learner, willing to learn new skills and knowledge in a short period of time.  

5. Strong communication skills and logical analysis skills.

6. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

7. Have experience in ERP system will be an absolute advantage. (Yonyou/Kingdee/SAP/Oracle/Workday/Peoplesoft/Multiable/Flexsystem)

8. Relevant skill such as SaaS, Cloud ERP, WMS, POS, RPA or MES is highly recommended.
