Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2 years or above working experience in sales coordination
• Solid experience in trading or manufacturing company
• Experience in home appliance or electronic products is preferred
• Prior experience in preparing sales documents and customer liaison
• Well-organized, cheerful, detail-minded and good team player
• Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide support on daily smooth operation and coordination duties
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on orders processing
• Responsible for preparing sales documents and PowerPoint materials
• Follow up order status and production schedules with factories
• Maintain efficient database and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
