Sales Coordinator

Requirements

  • Diploma / Certificate graduate
  • 2 years or above working experience in order processing
  • Experience in customer coordination and sales documents preparation
  • Background gained from trading or manufacturing company
  • Good command of Mandarin and fair in spoken English
  • Computer knowledge in using MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP
  • Cheerful, dynamics, well-organized and good team player
  • Immediate available is highly desired

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with China customers and factories on orders processing
  • Responsible for preparing purchase order, quotation and sales invoice
  • Provide support on delivery arrangement with internal and external parties
  • Maintain the efficient sales system and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
