Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operations strategy to maximize efficiency, quality, and value across procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.

• Identify and drive improvements in cost, delivery performance, and operational processes.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product development, procurement, manufacturing, sales, and marketing) to ensure seamless operations aligned with business goals.

• Build strong external partnerships with suppliers and logistics providers to secure reliable and cost‑effective resources.

• Negotiate supplier contracts and terms, balancing cost management with quality and sustainability objectives.

• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

• Leverage data analytics and forecasting to optimize supply chain activities and anticipate market demand.

• Ensure compliance and risk management, maintain adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

• Adopt and implement new technologies (ERP systems, digital supply chain tools) to enhance visibility, transparency, and efficiency.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.

• Drive lean practices and process enhancements to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen overall operational performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.

• 10–12 years of experience in operations, product development, manufacturing, supply chain management, specifically within functional food, nutritional supplement or beauty sectors.

• Proven expertise in APAC and Mainland China markets, including regulatory frameworks, tax structures, and import/export processes.

• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end operations: procurement, production, distribution, logistics, ingredient sourcing, product testing, and storage control.

• Demonstrated track record of managing complex global supply chains and implementing operational improvements.

• Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain management software (e.g., Oracle, JDE, SAP).

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills, excellent project management, negotiation, and cross‑cultural communication skills.

• Good Command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage, willing to travel across APAC and internationally as required.
