About the role

Yuen Hang Catering Limited is seeking a Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Officer, or Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a full-time position offering flexible work location options with site visits required , where you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is central to our company's marketing operations and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our market presence and customer acquisition efforts.  

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing platforms

• Create engaging marketing content such as promotional materials, social media posts, advertisements, and email newsletters to support brand messaging and campaigns

• Coordinate and manage marketing projects from conception to execution, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with company objectives

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform marketing strategy and positioning

• Manage and optimise the company's social media presence across various platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance monitoring

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign effectiveness

• Support the planning and execution of promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement activities

• Monitor marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement

• Assist in the development of marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources

• Support senior management with ad hoc marketing initiatives and special projects as required

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a marketing role

• 2-5 years of relevant marketing experience in a similar coordinator or executive capacity (depending on the level of seniority)

• Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred), with the ability to create compelling marketing content

• Solid understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market trends relevant to the food and beverage or hospitality industry

• Proficiency with marketing software and tools, such as content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities

• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment whilst also demonstrating initiative and independence

• Experience with graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is advantageous

• Knowledge of the food and beverage or catering industry would be highly valued
