Job Responsibilities

This role is responsible for formulating and executing integrated ecommerce marketing strategies to continuously drive business performance across our online store and sales channels. You will analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), ad performance, and promotional campaigns to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable optimization plans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategy & Planning: Formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly ecommerce marketing plans aligned with company business goals to drive online sales growth.

• Store & Channel Management: Manage and optimize product listings, content, pricing, promotions, bundles, and campaign schedules across our online store and third-party ecommerce platforms.

• Digital Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media content, paid ads, search marketing, membership/retargeting initiatives, and seasonal promotions.

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze core ecommerce KPIs—including revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS, and product performance—to deliver regular reports and actionable recommendations.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal sales, design, customer service, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product details, inventory, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment.

• Campaign & Listing Management: Manage campaign launch workflows and product catalog preparation, ensuring complete product details, engaging page content, and an optimal shopping experience.

• Market Insights: Research market trends, consumer behavior, competitor movements, and platform changes to propose innovative, commercially viable marketing initiatives.

• Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external partners, platform representatives, and advertising/production agencies to deliver projects on schedule and optimize promotional resources.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with proven ecommerce operations and digital marketing experience who can translate data insights into actionable business solutions and proactively drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or related disciplines; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• Experience: 3–5 years or more of experience in ecommerce operations, digital marketing, or online store management.

• Industry Requirement: Prior experience in the F&B or food ecommerce sector is MUST.

• Platform Expertise: Familiarity with mainstream ecommerce platforms, digital marketing models, and social media marketing. Hands-on experience with HKTVmall, Shopify, or other online store platforms is preferred.

• Data Analytics: Strong data analysis and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to use web, ad, or platform backend data to guide optimization decisions.

• Ad Platforms: Familiarity with Meta, Google, or other digital advertising platforms and performance analysis is preferred.

• Languages: Excellent written and verbal Chinese communication skills, with basic professional business English.

• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, highly responsible, with strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills; able to handle multiple tasks independently.

• Software Skills: Proficiency with Canva, AI-assisted tools, or basic visual content creation tools is preferred.

Remuneration & Offer

• Salary: HK$28,000 – HK$35,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and capabilities).
