Zhong Lun Law Firm LLP is a well-established Red Circle Law Firm in Hong Kong. Currently, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. We invite seasoned talents with the following qualifications to join our firm:
Accounting Assistant

Job Description

  • Perform daily accounting duties, such as voucher entry, bank payments, bank reconciliation, etc
  • Handle petty cash disbursement, replenishment
  • Provide backup support to other Finance team members
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting records
  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

 

Requirement

  • Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Law firm experience preferred
