Job duties:-

  • Supporting a team of associates in our Energy practice / Corporate Team
  • including regulatory search, translation, drafting transaction documents etc 
  • undertake some administrative work

 

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in WORD (English and Chinese typing) and general computer skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and good communication skills
  • Holder of PRC LLB degree and HK LLM degree or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
