Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site works co-ordination, managing drawings, method statement submission processing;
• Assist the Project Manager to monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site;
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials for completion of the project;
• Co-ordinate and communicate with client, consultants and sub-contractors for materials and shop drawings submission as well as statutory documents submission.

Requirements:

• Certificates or above in M&E, Building services or equivalent;
• 1 year experience  or above in project co-ordination on fitting out or building services project ;
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English;
• Good knowledge in MS Office and  AutoCAD application;
• Applicant with more experience will be considered for the post Senior Project Coordinator.
