Job Description:

• Support the project team in project delivery administration;
• Liaising with stakeholders - your team members, the client, subcontractors and other relevant personnel;
• Establishing strong working relationships with delivery partners;
• Working across all aspects of project delivery from concept to handover;
• Utilise technology to be innovative, efficient, and consistent;
• Ensure project deliverables are provided efficiently, while achieving the high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance;
• Contributing to design packages, preparing applications, and assisting with preparation/review of project documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural, Engineering, Construction, Science, Design for Manufacturing or related discipline;
• Strong self-time management and prioritization;
• Knowledge in preparing project documentation is preferred;
• Experience in providing project administration and coordination support is preferred;
• Basic MS office capabilities;
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
• Candidate with less experience / Fresh graduate will be considered in Assistant Project Officer.
