We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and results-driven Senior Marketing & Communications Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end marketing and digital campaigns across our portfolio of distinctive dining concepts. This role requires exceptional project management and time management skills, strong communication, and the ability to execute high-standard deliverables under tight deadlines and pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing & PR initiatives for multiple restaurant concepts to drive foot traffic, elevate brand equity, and achieve business objectives.

• Produce quality bilingual English & Chinese content for press releases, promotional materials, digital assets and corporate communications.

• Oversee social media content calendars, channel growth, and strategy. Manage paid social advertising campaigns and performance tracking.

• Manage end-to-end project timelines across multiple simultaneous campaigns, liaise closely with internal operational/culinary teams and vendors.

• Proactively identify trade/event opportunities and execute marketing strategies to drive brand exposure across both restaurant-level and group-level initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Arts, Linguistics, or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Marketing or related fields, preferably with direct exposure to the F&B and hospitality sectors.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese writing skills with good bilingual translation capabilities is a must.

• Strong project management skills and communication skills

• Passionate in F&B, proactive, responsible, strong organization skills and high attention to details

• Capable and willing to work under tight timeline and pressure

• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing

• Proficient in design software (e.g, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) or photography will be an advantage

• Deep passion for F&B/gastronomy, strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
