Responsibilities:

• Site Planning & Feasibility
  Assist in layout planning and conduct initial technical assessments of potential sites to support decision-making for projects.
• Sustainable Material Sourcing
  Source architectural finishes with a focus on sustainability and environmental compliance.
• Tender & Procurement Support
  Obtain supplier quotations and assist in preparing tender documents to ensure competitive pricing and accurate cost estimation.
• Construction Oversight
  Provide on-site technical support, monitor daily construction progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
• Post-Construction Handover
  Manage snagging lists, review O&M manuals and statutory documents, and facilitate training for end-users and facility staff.
• Move & Reinstatement Coordination
  Support logistics for site relocation and oversee reinstatement works at the current workplace, including tender preparation and landlord handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Building Services, Building Surveying, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Building Services, MVAC, or Electrical Engineering; retail experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of retail construction, fit-out standards, and Hong Kong Buildings Ordinance
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and AutoCAD
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Project Officer.
