Job Description

Objective of the job

Responsible business units: 

• Mercedes passenger vehicles -sales and after sales
• Mercedes commercial vehicle – sales and after sales
• Mercedes Pre-owned cars sales
• And possibly other car brand within the group

Key responsibilities

1.  Customer Segmentation and Targeting

• To be responsible in maintaining as well as constant testing / reviewing the segmentation model
• Take ownership in customer targeting for marketing communications (such as eDM, SMS, call list), for more personalization, higher relevance to our members

2. Customer Analytics

• Perform customer segmentation and profile analysis through statistical modelling or data mining, to deep drive into customer persona and needs
• Provide customer analysis and drive insights and recommendations from the results to address business questions; as well as new business opportunities
• Conduct campaign evaluations, measure effectiveness and provide recommendations to improve future response/ ROI
• Identify market trends and insights to optimize sales and business performance

3. Data Management

• To work with cross-team and external parties on the development of CRM system (Salesforce - CRM cloud and Marketing cloud), such as user requirement gathering, UAT and implementation, etc.
• Manage the database integration in CRM system, to provide better visibility of customer data throughout the journeys
• Build dashboards / automate reports to monitor the member activities & KPIs, as well as improve efficiency and data quality
• To support on all IT related enhancements, such as loyalty program system, marketing related system

Requirement

• University Graduate in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent discipline will also be considered
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Analytics, CRM or loyalty marketing
• Experience in data modelling (in any industry) is preferred
• Proficient in programming languages like SQL, Python, Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with business and numerical sense
• Able to deliver impactful communications on-time and accurately
• Multi-tasking, prioritized & efficiency in coordinating supporting functions
• Strong project management skill with the ability to manage, implement and analyze various initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and writing skills in English and Chinese
