Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer complaints from all channels (Including tel calls, email, letter, social media, walk-in, gov’t / legal parties and Consumer Council etc.) and to follow KPI of reply time and completed settlement
• Follow the cases in good manner / empathy and follow through properly with agreeable solutions with customer
• Drive and co-ordinate with team members intra / inter-department for complaints recovery for both short term and long term preventive solutions
• Prepare regular complaint management reports to depict customer insight, cases nature, no. of cases and its trend for service improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 2 years in Customer Relations with Complaint Handling or equivalent
• Positive mindset and cheerful
• Good presentation skills   (spoken and listening)
• A good team player
• Able to work under pressure environment
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.  Putonghua is a plus.
• PC skills  (Microsoft Office :  Excel,  Word, PowerPoint)
• Working in car industry / car lover is an advantage
