Job Description

• Provide frontline support for desktop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Assist users with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and applications.
• Respond to and resolve user inquiries and technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Support and troubleshoot audio and video conferencing meetings.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of desktop environments.
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best support possible.

Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in IT-related disciplines.
• At least 3+ years of work experience in user desktop support service.
• Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common desktop applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
