Responsibilities:

• Manage the F&I team on conducting daily operational task and management reporting
• Develop finance and insurance strategies to achieve the dealership's objectives.
• Offer vehicle financing and insurance solutions to both B2B and B2C clients, providing thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with multiple finance sources, including banks and financial institutions.
• Prepare and submit documentation to obtain approvals and ensure all transactions are in compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions and advertisements.
• Process finance and leasing deals accurately while securing approvals through appropriate financial channels.
• Understand and comply with regulations affecting the finance and insurance departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified TR, Insurance Intermediary or equivalent in insurance or banking industry with at least 3 years management experience.
• Working knowledge of automobile financing and insurance practices.
• Familiarity with IFRS 17 standards and their application in the automotive finance sector would be a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and team members.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in dealership management systems and internet sales.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and productively with team members.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent communication skills.
