Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and technical resources to analyze business problems and develop the right approach and analytical solution.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications that align with overall project goals.
• Utilize data analysis tools to provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Report directly to the Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate project resources, schedules, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of related working experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in a consultancy environment
• Strong understanding of business processes and digital application workflows
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/IT or related field
• Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are highly desirable.
• Good command in English and Cantonese.
