The Senior Analyst will be pivotal in supporting the Lead for Strategic Sales Operation Transformation. This role involves meticulous data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as assisting with developing and implementing various initiatives and projects. The Senior Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery, contributing to the company's overall profitability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Collect and analyse data related to KPIs, performance metrics, and other relevant business indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
Reporting:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized reporting frameworks.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Project Support:
- Assist with developing and implementing business plans, strategic initiatives, and special projects (e.g. ERP).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Training and Development:
- Support the design and delivery of functional training programs.
- Assist in identifying training needs and developing customized training plans.
Governance and Compliance[II1] :
- Assist in the development and implementation of governance frameworks and policies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Regular housekeeping of SOP/BP/OP, especially to improve and adjust to actual business needs
Quality Assurance:
- Support the design and implementation of quality assurance programs.
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Cost Optimization:
- Support the development [II2] and implementation of cost optimization initiatives.
- In person checking and reporting the progress of different initiatives, suggest workable improvements by collaborating with brand representatives
Research and Innovation:
- Conduct research to identify new products and innovative solutions to address business challenges.
- Support the development and implementation of new products and solutions.
Requirement
- 2+ years of related working experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in a consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of business processes and digital application workflows
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/IT or related field
- Good command in English and Cantonese.
