Admin. Assistant (Admin Support)

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide general admin. and clerical support;
  • Liaise with different stakeholders;
  • Ensure internal & external operation that meet the certain T&C and Ordinance; and
  • Ad-hoc assignment.

 

Requirements:

  • Form 5/DSE or above or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year working experience in Admin. field;
  • Fluent Cantonese and General English with effective communication;
  • Proficient in PC application including Chinese word processing is essential;
  • Multitasking, able to work under pressure and detail-oriented; and
  • More experiences will be considered as Assistant Executive.

 

Area: Kwai Hing

5-day work week
