Client Details

Our client is a renowned own established company and is very successful in its business. The MD is now looking for a PA to assist in his business matters.


  • Handling and responding to email/correspondences on behalf of the Chairman
  • Co-ordinate Chairman’s personal & business agenda
  • Arranging all travel logistics for Chairman’s complex personal & business travelling
  • Handling all business issues in the Chairman’s absence
  • Manage Chairman’s personal bank and securities accounts, responsible for all personal billings, overseas investment and payments settlement
  • Organize overseas exhibitions and participation in Hong Kong/International tradeshows
  • Plan and organize private events/parties
  • Orchestrate and manage off-site quarterly board meeting, minutes taking and setting up weekly video conferences
  • Travel with the Chairman if required to assist in meeting follow up and key exhibitions overseas
  • Co-ordinate between the Hong Kong and regional offices for daily operations, existing projects, and facilitate efficient communications to all operating departments
  • Co-ordinate minutes for monthly management meetings while summarizing data and preparing presentations for the meeting needs
  • Handling passport renewal, APEC card, visa application and travel arrangements for all overseas visitors as well as the entire Hong Kong office
  • Treating all information in professional manner with top confidentiality


  • Preferably with Sizeable company supporting experience
  • Minimum 6 year's relevant experience supporting to Executive Level
  • Experience in calendar Management/ email management in Sizeable Corporation is preferred
  • Personality wise- strong organisation and planning skills, attention to detail, can manage multiple changing and conflicting priorities
  • Energetic, independent, mature with positive and can-do attitude.
  • Excellent fluency in written and verbal English and Mandarin
