Partnership and Resources Development Director / Manager / Officer

Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all-rounded marketing duties including events, road shows, Promotion
  • Assist in marketing material write-up, productions and promotion activities.
  • Assist in preparing presentation material
  • Support the daily operation and working with various departments for execution.
  • Assist Project Manager on project management, tracking issues, documentation and service delivery.
  • Managing third party vendors and service providers
  • Responsible for new program development, launch and relating enquiries
  • Support Organization’ special events and participate in ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business / Marketing
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese word processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and other language is an advantage)
  • Well-organized, responsible & able to work under pressure
  • Good communication, self-motivated, good team player, and strong attention in Passionate in Social Service
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure and flexible working hours
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for Assistant Officer.
