The Amazing Hong Kong Foundation(AHK) Limited was established by a group of entrepreneurs, professors, and disabilities who have successful and extensive experience in international and Hong Kong entrepreneurship and social services, and who are passionate about the development of Hong Kong society and youth.It is hoped that the demands and helplessness of young people in Hong Kong society in recent years can be helped in various ways through different activities, education and training. AHK was also obtained the Charitable organisation license in 2020
Donor Services Director / Manager / Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling donors' queries  
  • Strong passion to serve the poor and needy
  • Act as a bridge between donors and the organisation and handle donors’ queries/requests
  • Support donor retention activities and other activities of the Donor Relations teams
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies and plans
  • Lead fundraising efforts and manage fundraising team, meet monthly / annual fundraising goals, develop and manage relationships with individuals and organizations for the purpose of fundraising.
  • To position Amazing Hong Kong Foundation work as projects and programs that are attractive to potential partners and present supporters.
  • Plan and oversee fundraising or donor engagement events of various nature with target participants from different background, including major donors, regular supporters and general public.
  • To prepare grant applications, design programs and run campaigns that raise sponsorship support.
  • Work with Advisory Committee to develop fundraising and raise awareness initiatives of Amazing Hong Kong Foundation .

Job Requirements:

  • Universities or above in business or marketing
  • At least 3 years working experience in the same capacity.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin and other language a plus
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills
  • Able to resolve donor queries with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure and flexible working hours.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
