Crew Engagement Manager (Airline Retail Industry)

Role Summary

A key strategic focus for RiM is building Crew Engagement amongst our Cabin Crew community. This role will support this further enhancing our capabilities and ensuring we continue to deliver innovative Crew Training and Engagement that delivers a “WOW” to our customers. This role will strengthen our client relationships and ensure that we bespoke our training to the customer’s needs.


  • Work as a key part of the Crew Training and Engagement Department aligning to core objectives and training methodology.
  • Engage with all key stakeholders both Internal and External to promote the Department and its strategies to generate new business.
  • Work with the Crew Training and Engagement Department in Dublin and our Airline customers and their crew to help design, implement and manage revenue generating incentives that fully engage our Cabin Crew community to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Deliver Retail and vPOS Training to our Airline Customers.
  • Present the Crew Training and Engagement strategy to Internal and External Customer to ascertain potential training needs in the areas of sales, product, technology and processes
  • Provide onsite support during Crew Roadshows, Training and Events.
  • Consider the costs of planned programs, keep within budgets and assess the return on investment of any training or development
  • Ensure all training requirements are resourced.


  • more than 7 years’ experience with Retail / Airline background
  • with Cabin Crew experience is a plus
  • Relevant degree qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work from your own initiative.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial retail environment.
