Senior China E-Commerce Specialist - FMCG Leader

Our client is an established retail conglomerate , they are looking for an energetic, innovative and passionate E-Commerce talent to help with their e-business expansion!


* Responsible for day-to-day management across E-Commerce for Research & Development, Business Development and Operation
* Manage cross border E-Commerce business via own and 3rd party platform
* Identify appropriate new 3rd party sites. Ensure new sites are aligned with overall digital strategies and objectives; maintain strong working relationships with 3rd party partners (Tmall, VIP, Kaola, JD, Redbook etc)
* Collect and analyze customer business performance data (eg. shipment sales, public agency data and online channels) and make recommendations to utilize the business opportunities
* Research and report on market / competitor / customer data and other relevant data to provide insights and support for negotiation processes
* Evaluate promotional plans (pre and post) with supporting qualitative commentary and their impact on customer and brand strategies
* Develop effective relationships with external stakeholders (eg. data providers and contacts) throughout the customer's organizations in order to gather relevant data for analysis
* Work closely with the cross-functional teams (eg. Trade Marketing, Retail and Supply Chain Management) to ensure efficient and effective execution.


* University graduate in any discipline
* Minimum 2 years China cross border Key Accounts experience in which 3-4 years in e-Commerce
* Sound knowledge and understanding of China 3rd party ecommerce sites / competitors / key trends
* Advanced research and analytical skills
* General understanding in all aspects of supplier and customer relationship management including supply chain, marketing and branding
* Strong coordination and organization skills in collecting business-related data
* Proficiencies in office productivity tools (eg. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
* Fluent English and Mandarin with excellent writing skills
