They mainly provide service to business travel clients aiming to provide a reimbursement-free business trip. Their service range from air tickets reservation to provision of prepaid credit cards. They are one of the pioneer within the industry with the support of one of the most well structured hospitality groups.


  • Be the first contact point to new join clients, providing induction sessions and welcome kit to them
  • Answer enquiries and complaints from the clients in a timely and polite manner
  • Provide support to the sales team on clients' contracts
  • Facilitating clients on accounts opening issues
  • Liaising between travel agents, clients and sales team
  • Handling any invoices and claims from clients


  • Native Japanese speaker is a definite plus!
  • Candidate with level N1 Japanese will also be considered
  • 3 + years of experience in customer service
  • Experience in travel or finance will be an advantage
  • Able to work as a team and under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
