Admin & HR Officer / Admin & HR Supervisor / Office Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality Recruitment & Selection services to internal customers, mainly Department Managers and Divisional Directors and Senior Managerial Level.
  • Work closely with the functional managers to understand business needs and provide professional HR advice and services to achieve short or long-term goals.
  • Manage recruitment process, staff orientation and exit checking process / interview and job description review.
  • Define, formulate, and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to measure Staff Performance on a regular basis.
  • Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for management monitoring, review and decision-making.
  • Create, demonstrate and maintain strong relationship and morale between employee and the company.
  • Development and maintain an effective Office Administration Procedures and Folders.
  • Manage general office administration, office relocations, new office setup in China/Taiwan/other countries, office renovation/maintenance, company events, and other ad hoc admin. Projects.
  • Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staffs.
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 2 to 10 years HR experience in MNCs or sizable companies, preferably over 2 years in managerial role. Strong in recruitment and selection will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mature, diplomatic and flexible with strong commitment in career.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin.
  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with HR affairs in Greater China or Overseas will be an advantage but not a MUST.
