We have 7 centers which located in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Customer Service Assistant

Job Description

-          Maintain good customer relationship.
-          Answer incoming call and inquiries follow-ups.
-          Assist in students’ enrollment, lesson rescheduling, leave matters and trial lesson arrangement.
-          Check and issuing tuition fee statement.
-          Provide clerical support such as filing and data entry to company system.
-          Work close with sales and administrative department.
-          Ad-hoc dutie(s) assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

-          Higher Diploma or above, preferable with 1-2 years relevant experience
-          Proficient in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
-          Good communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
-          Able to work independently as well as a good team player
-          Well-organized, attention to detail and willing to learn
-          Cheerful and always think positive
-          Fluent of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
-          Fresh graduate will also be considered
