Administrative Clerk


  • Handle general office administration functions, including stationery office administration procurement, etc.;
  • Provide human resource support, leave & attendance, staffing & employee relation, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development,etc;
  • Prepare for general reports and analysis.
  • Maintain and update staff records filling system, including annual & sick leaves;
  • Assist in ad-hoc & purchase order projects


  • Min 1 year relevant working experience in handling HR and Administration;
  • Proficiency in MS office and Power Point &倉頡;
  • Mature, proactive, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Immediate available is an advantage.
