Ever Gain Engineering Limited is an expanding local civil engineering company. To support our rapid business growth, we are currently looking for candidates with high-caliber to fill the vacancies.

HR & Admin Manager / Assistant HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Performing all round HR functions including recruitment selection, on-boarding and orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development
  • Responsible for daily HR operations, execution of HR initiatives and ad-hoc HR projects
  • Support and execute HR strategies and policies
  • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the HR system, payroll and final salary payment calculation, insurance plans, MPF, staff movement & etc
  • Manage all round office administration and facilities management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, be able to work independently and to work as a team
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & Admin Manager 
  • Immediate available is preferred
