As the Sole Distributor of HUAWEI Enterprise Products, we excel in providing different services to enterprises including Conferencing Solutions, Video Conference System, IP telephony, CCTV, Networking, Server, Storage, Display, and Audio System.

We have over 15 years’ experience in ICT industry and serving customers around the World especially China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, US, UK, Singapore, and etc.

As a fast growing team empowerment business, we are looking for professional to fill up the immediate openings as follows:

TVS will offer Huawei official training course and on job training for suitable candidates and coupon for Huawei Certification exam such as HCNA, HCNP and HCIE.
Administration Executive

Responsibilities
Finance

  • Assists in preparing Sales Invoice, Purchase order, Sourcing and Inventory and manage full procurement process.
  • Check accuracy of Sales invoices and assist in document sorting and filling.
  • Perform order related duties and ad hoc task to support the operations of the department. promotions

Human Resources

  • Maintain Staff attendance and leave record up to date.

Administration

  • Provide all general office administrative work such as office equipment & supplies order and refill.
  • Provide secretarial support to management.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese / Mandarin
  • Must be conscientious, accurate and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in MS office,  and with stand computer skills
  • Responsible person, enjoy multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
