Sales Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Handle telephone operations and reception duties;
  • Renew service contracts for existing clients
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Department;
  • To perform ad hoc project as required;

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office application, both English & Chinese;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
