IT Officer / Assistant IT Officer / IT Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • To monitor health of IT infrastructure including servers, network switch, firewalls, WAN/LAN performance to provide smooth day to day operations
  • Provide first level application support to users in Front and Back office systems.
  • Perform health check on trading & settlement systems.
  • Perform market rehearsals for system compatibility testing or enhancement.
  • Coordinate with users & vendors from requirement analysis to delivery.
  • Websites update and maintenance.
  • Handle the documents from HKEx

 Requirements:

  • High Diploma / Degree holder in information technology or other related equivalent.
  • Minimum1 year relevant working experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Well-organized and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • holder of CCNA//MCSE will be an advantage

 Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Officer or IT Assistant
