Project Coordinator (1 Year's contract)


  • Provide support on different projects of the client and coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate the overall process of respective Contact Centre related projects
  • Gather different requirements from the stakeholders and vendors and translate them into detailed requirements documentation and functional specification for evaluation and approval
  • Arrange and organise the regular meetings with the stakeholders to keep all communication and expectation aligned on the same page and well-organised presentations to the management
  • Give recommendations on service and operations procedures improvement as well as assist in smoothing the implementation of new policy or changes to the team
  • Consolidate and analyse raw data to prepare statistical reports and project support materials for management review
  • Deliver training to team members to acquire the relevant skills and knowledge and performance feedback to team members on regular basis
  • Drive and execute ad-hoc public engagement projects when required; and
  • Able to work on shift to support ad hoc event or backup team's member absence


  • Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 4 years relevant working experience in customer service industry which includes 1 year supervisory experience in project administration and management
  • Experience in managing the project vendors and the stakeholders with guidance to achieve the public engagement objectives
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, multi-tasking, able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Positive thinker with good leadership skill and exceptional customer service attitude, and an ability to listen, analyse and come up with solutions
  • Knowledge in CRM systems and good computer literacy including MS Office Applications (MS Excel, Word), Chinese Word Processing; and
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
