We are currently inviting high caliber talents to join our team to maintain the highest quality of our business operation.

Admin and Accounts Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Reconcile monthly statement with Oversea Agents and Inter Co.
  • Handle A/R & A?P payment
  • Prepare bi-weekly cash flow budget
  • Check monthly financial report of GZ Branch
  • Prepare monthly financial report
  • Prepare analytical report of monthly Income Statement
  • Prepare monthly schedule for audit purpose
  • Prepare year end closing schedule documents for audit
  • Handle admin and personnel jobs
  • Supervise subordinates and review their daily entry transactions

Requirements : 

  • Form 5 or above
  • LCCI higher or diploma of accounting
  • 5 years with relevant working experience  
  • Good spoken of Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good written of English and Chinese
  • Good PC knowledge
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated
  • reliable , hardworking and good team player
  • Immediate available is preferred
