Sales Coordinator / Sales Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales order processing & sales related doc
  • Liaise between other departments and customer for delivery and payment arrangement.
  • Follow up after sales issues
  • Answer customer inquiries about the status of inventory & installation
  • Following up the Shipping documents and monitor the delivery status to meet customer delivery schedule
  • Update and monitor customer order status

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 to 2 years' solid experience in performing clerical duties
  • Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
  • A good team player, proactive and detail-minded
  • Fresh Grad. is also considered.

Benefits

  • Double pay and year end bonus after one year employment
  • Medical provided after probation
  • Annual leave 10 days (Maximum to 19 days)
  • OT allowance provided (Max. $70/hr)

  • 5 day work (Alternative Saturday 1/2 day count as OT allowance)
  • Basic Salary: 13k - 15k  + OT allowance + monthly bonus (after probation)
