Operation Excellence and Service Delivery Manager (MEP / Construction)

What you will do

You will work in the operation team to manage service operation and process control, managing customer service requests, parts management, billings & collections. And collaborate with service operation team and APAC COE to resolve AR disputes and issues. Meanwhile, you will serve as the operation excellence leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives across services value streams, data analytics, best practice sharing and front-line service professional (FLSP) competency development to achieve the fulfillment excellence in areas of customer satisfaction, safety, quality, on-time delivery, cost productivities by collaborating with both the local service team as well as APAC Operation team

 How you will do it

  • Lead the team of service delivery assistants/service ops admins to drive the day-to-day operation activities such as planned/unplanned technician scheduling & dispatch management, managing customer service requests from initiation to completion, parts management, billings & collections by collaborating with SAMs and TLs.  
  • Collaborate with service team and APAC COE to resolve AR disputes and document related issues
  • Be the gatekeeper in keeping good records of supporting documents
  • Support the IT system changes for process improvement
  • Contribute to project as a team member or leads projects
  • Drives client satisfaction through delivery excellence in collaboration with the front line team
  • Be a change agent and champion to drive the culture of continuous improvement in service team
  • Identify, lead and influence projects and initiatives focusing on areas to enhance quality, customer satisfaction, cost-out, cash generation, inventory reduction and improved delivery
  • Identify solutions to increase productivity and simplification of internal processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine initiatives and define problems
  • Leverage best practices and proven tools / methods to execute projects and initiatives
  • Ensure deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies across the organization through training, coaching and mentoring
  • Balance both tactical execution with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction projects

What we look for


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Lean Six Sigma
  • 10-15 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely agile and be quick to embrace needed changes
  • Leadership courage


  • Relevant degree and background in leading delivery teams / functions
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of delivering managed services
  • Highly focused on customer deliverables, delivery excellence and client satisfaction
  • Good skills in MS Excel; Knowledge and experience with ERP system, Salesforce and ServiceMax is a big plus
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager role
  • Knowledge of our existing service offering, business model across different Line of Business (LOB) and customer dynamics in HKM market is preferred
  • Strong communication skills - Articulate when communicating and presenting
