Manager, Human Resources & Administration

Job Highlights:

Support to manage full spectrum of Human Resources services covering the employment life cycle including but not limit to talent acquisition, on boarding & off-boarding, compensation and benefits, maintenance of HRIS, implementation of HR policies and other HR projects.


  • Responsible for all-rounded recruitment including from understanding the hiring needs, screening resumes, interview candidates, job offering to on-boarding arrangement, visa application and renewal
  • Administer all aspects of compensation & benefits administration including but not limited to monthly payroll, ORSO/MPF, tax returns, leave management, group medical and life insurance scheme and etc.
  • Responsible for annual exercises include manpower planning, annual budget, performance management, salary and bonus review
  • Provide professional advice to line managers on the employee issues and counsel employees in relation to conditions of employment
  • Ensure efficient and smooth day to day HR operation is in compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
  • Assist in the review, development and implementation of company policies / procedures pertaining to the Human Resources & Administration function as well as the review of workflow and make recommendations for continuous enhancement
  • Lead and supervise a small Admin. Team to provide all round office support including but not limited to procurement of office equipment and office consumables, office renovation, facilities maintenance and etc.


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in sizable establishments of which 3 years at managerial level
  • Well versed in Hong Kong, China and other AP countries employment law is preferred
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. Experience in using Vlookup and Pivot Table are essential
  • Self-starter who works well independently, able to articulate to all business levels and build strong rapport with internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-minded, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
  • A good team player with positive, proactive and flexible in approach, strong capability in problem-solving and drive for excellence
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Work location in Tai Po, shuttle bus will be provided from Admiralty, Kowloon Tong and Tai Po Market Station
