Our client provides premium office solutions in a multi-national environment. They are inviting talents to become part of a young and dynamic team to grow and expand their expertise in hospitality and sales industry. The Hospitality / Guest Service Officer will provide a 5-star customer service experience to their members, support the sales team and assist with hosting amazing Community Events.

Responsibilities

• To greet guests in an amiable and professional manner and build a friendly client relationship with members

• To provide 5-star receptionist and administrative services for members

• To handle other daily operational issues in the center, such as internal monthly reports, rental payments, inventory orders, office set up, etc.

• To provide support with arranging social Community Events for members

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related aspects is preferred

• Experience in customer service, such as front desk, receptionist, concierge, VIP/executive lounge service and/or service center is preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Customer oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

• Open minded, willing to learn, great team player and with “Can-Do attitude”

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin would be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
