HR & Administration Officer

Duties:

  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resources support in all-rounded C&B functions and daily HR operations as well as recruitments.
  • Handle monthly payroll, staff attendance, staff movements, on-boarding and off-boarding, maintain up-to-date the data systematically.
  • Arrange MPF, Tax returns, Company Insurance and license applications.
  • Prepare administration functions to the office and other ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • 2 years experience in F&B industry.
  • Well served with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and taxation legislation.
  • Good team player and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Applications, Word/Excel skills are required.
  • Good command in both English and Chinese.
